As an integral member of our marketing team, you will serve as the day-to-day contact for our influencer program.


We are looking for a go-getter who is in-tune with community building through web/mobile, email and social platforms, and who has proven experience in best-of-breed acquisition, engagement and retention techniques. This person will have a ground-floor opportunity to build a thriving online community that delivers meaningful results.




  • Own outreach to the Guud user base to recruit community members.
  • Manage regular email communication to the community, including segmentation, welcome, and reactivation campaigns.
  • Generate innovative strategies and tactics for community engagement.
  • Identify, engage, and nurture key influencers in the community.
  • Use analytics to identify behavioral patterns and trends.
  • Work with the sales team to ensure client community activations are successful.
  • Plan and execute events, workshops and meet-ups.
  • Act as an internal community advocate to identify and address community product and resource needs.
  • Develop awareness of new techniques in the marketplace.
  • Track program success and report regularly to senior team members.

Desired Skills & Experience


The ideal candidate will have:

  • An innate understanding of the social dynamics of an online community.
  • A technical proficiency in content management software, social media platforms, social listening tools, and analytics.
  • Cultivated a personal following on at least one major social media site.
  • A proven ability to communicate with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • The ability to think strategically with strong critical decision-making skills and an intellectual curiosity.
  • Willingness to be a team player who can roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum 4 years experience in online community building.
  • Active participation in communities and social networks.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and Google Analytics (or other web analytics tool).




  • Develop, validate and communicate modeling solutions, including both relational and dimensional models.
  • Analyze data-related systems integration opportunities and challenges.
  • Ensure solution designs address performance requirements and reusability, availability, integrity and security challenges, and business functional requirements.
  • Develop, maintain and enforce data architecture-related standards.
  • Partners directly with the Data Architect, clients, ETL developers, other technical data warehouse team members and database administrators to design and develop high performing databases and maintain consistent data element definitions.
  • Coordinate the Data definitions.
  • Build a glossary (terms and KPIs).
  • Create conceptual data models that need to be validated with Business Users for current projects as well as other impacted projects.
  • Define source systems considering correct data, frequency and history.
  • Create an Enterprise Data model (logical and physical).



  • BS degree in Exact Area: Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems.
  • 3+ years' experience in a data architect role with deep knowledge of Enterprise Data Architecture concepts.
  • Expertise in Relational Data Models (conceptual, logical and physical data models), Dimensional Data Models, Data Dictionary and Metadata Strong System Integrations and Business Intelligence project experience.
  • Experience with Development Methodologies, Databases Platforms (Teradata, Oracle/ SQLServer), including SQL Commands and Project Manager concepts.
  • Expertise in Data Modeling tools (ERWin/Model Manager).
  • Superior relationship management, consultative, presentation, and communications skills.
  • Sound leadership, negotiation, critical thinking, and project/time management skills.
